Our Story
The pandemic of 2020 crippled so many lives and small businesses... we were no different. Between March and April of 2020 we lost both our commercial kitchen due to the Adams Mark hotel closing their doors as well as the commercial building we were in due to a military contract use for PPE gear. Anthony had the choice to give up or move forward. He took the time to examine and revamp the issues he sees with the typical restaurant environment and Chixen Kansas City was born.

Founded 2020, in Kansas City, Chixen KC opened with one idea in mind; create a concept that changes the way people view a burger spot. We are a new category food concept and refuse to fit in the box of a burger joints' expectations.

We are known as a chicken concept that just doesn't act right. Why not make chicken sandwiches? Simple, here in KC burgers rule the game!
We smash a fresh ground, hand-packed ball of 100% chicken perfectly seasoned before touching our hot flattop grill. Our burger toppings liberate your taste buds and bless your belly in a way only we know how. Ordering one of our burgers will leave you full without feeling sluggish.
Are you ready for our spin on the traditional culinary process of burger creation? Keeping things familiar but very unique, we will keep our food on your mind. We feature a menu taking you on a flavorful journey whether it be our "Chief" variations which could be seen more like a traditional burger with romaine, onion, tomato, American cheese, pickles, and beef/turkey bacon. We also feature chicken smash burgers that are more exotic, like our "Culture" variations where citrus slaw and Jerk Aioli present taste combinations not seen in this part of the globe! Finally, check out our Chicken burgers ranging from a 1/4 lb patty "Mini" to an almost 2 lb "The Heavy."

OUR VISION
Our vision for Chixen Kansas City can be seen within our logo. We want to bring Kansas City together with our food! We're working together with schools, youth groups, other restaurants or food concepts, and social programs to provide for those in need within our communities. Our passion is in creating food brands and concepts within Chixen KC that teaches and gives opportunities for young people to learn business and develop skills that will help create generational wealth.
